Notion is a free productivity app, available on web, iOS and Android. It's commonly used by startups the world over due to its ease of use, flexibility, collaborative team functions and integrations with many major software products such as Slack, Jira and Miro.

2. How will I receive the Growth Hub template?

After purchase, you'll see a button to click, hit it and you'll visit the Growth Hub template. Navigate to the template, choose the workspace you'd like to duplicate into from the dropdown, then hit the blue "Duplicate" button.

If you're already signed in, the template will be automatically added to your workspace. If you're logged out or don't have a Notion account, you'll be prompted to sign in or create one first!

About Me

I'm Matt, I'm a Startup Growth Specialist. I've consulted with over 30 different early stage startups ranging from pre-seed to series C.

I created The Growth Hub because I found so many startups I worked with had no defined process or system to manage growth. Too often they would make the right noises about wanting to be data-driven and wanting to test and learn to improve their sales, marketing and product but they always failed. Failed to set up a consistent process, failed to engage specialists from each of the marketing, engineering, product and data teams and failed to build and run experiments in a statistically sound way.

Ultimately, I decided the key was to build a simple but effective way to manage the growth process, design and run experiments and bring the whole team along for the journey.

I use this in my work every day, so I'll be updating it and improving it as I go.
